- Nearby serviceable areas - Subject to availability and serviceability checks
Important: Orders placed outside our service area may not be accepted. If you're unsure whether your location is serviceable, please contact us for confirmation before placing an order.
2. Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made on a daily basis (Monday to Saturday) as part of your subscription plan
- Delivery will be done within fixed time slots, which may vary based on route and operational efficiency
- Specific delivery time slots will be communicated when you place your order
- Customers will be informed at least 24 hours in advance if there are any changes in delivery timing
- Sunday closures are in effect; no deliveries on Sundays
Note: While we strive to maintain consistent delivery times, slight variations may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are included in the subscription price

- Safe Drop Authorization: If the customer is unavailable, delivery can be safely dropped at a designated, secure location (with prior consent)
- Customer must provide explicit permission for drop delivery
- Location must be safe, secure, and protected from weather and theft
- Examples: Main gate, reception area, secure locker, or designated safe spot

If a customer is unavailable during delivery:

- Contact us immediately if you miss a scheduled delivery
- A maximum of 5 missed delivery days per month is allowed
Beyond the Allowed Limit:
- Missed deliveries beyond the limit will not be compensated or refunded
- Repeated missed deliveries may affect your subscription status
- Your account may be put on hold pending communication

In such cases, the delivery is documented as missed and rescheduling is subject to availability.
