Our goal is to provide flexible support and the best possible experience while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Healthy Fruit Tashan is a premium fruit and nutrition delivery service dedicated to providing fresh, healthy produce directly to your doorstep.

2. Nature of Service

Healthy Fruit Tashan provides subscription-based fruit and nutrition box delivery services designed for general health and wellness purposes.

Important Note: We currently offer monthly subscription plans only. Single-day or one-time orders are not available at this time.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully made or order is placed through our system.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and delivery details. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by you.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order based on serviceability, operational capacity, or other valid reasons.
  • Confirmation of order will be sent to your registered email address and phone number.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for all subscription plans are clearly displayed on our platform and are subject to change.
  • Payments can be made through multiple secure channels:
    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will apply to future orders, not current confirmed orders.
  • Additional taxes, charges, or delivery fees may apply as per local regulations.

5. Cancellation, Pause & Skip Policy

Flexible Pause Option: Customers can pause deliveries up to 5-7 days per month without cancellation:

  • Pause your subscription temporarily when needed
  • Must inform us 24 hours in advance for pause requests
  • Resume deliveries anytime without additional charges

Skip Option: Skip specific delivery days with prior notice:

  • Skip individual deliveries without losing subscription
  • Inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
  • Skipped days may not extend the subscription period unless approved under specific conditions

Regular Cancellation: Orders generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed after payment. However, pause and skip options provide flexibility for your changing needs.

6. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

First 2 Deliveries - Trial Period: If you are genuinely dissatisfied within your first 2 deliveries:

  • We offer partial refund OR wallet credit
  • Deduction for operational costs may apply
  • Helps you try with confidence

After Trial Period: Refunds are generally not provided as our service is subscription-based. However, we offer:

  • Replacements for quality issues
  • Store credits for service improvements
  • Pause/Skip options for flexibility

Refunds are not applicable in cases of:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial usage of subscription
  • Personal taste preference changes

7. Delivery Policy

  • Services are currently available in Markapur and nearby areas.
  • Deliveries are made within fixed time slots, which may vary based on operational conditions and seasonal demand.
  • Customers must be available to receive the delivery during the designated time slot.
  • We make efforts to deliver exactly as promised, but slight delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
  • Delivery cannot be guaranteed on public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

8. Missed Delivery Policy

If you are unavailable during the delivery time slot:

  • Delivery may be rescheduled based on availability. Please contact us immediately if you miss a delivery.
  • Informed in advance: If you let us know 24 hours before, you're eligible for a pause instead of a missed delivery
  • Not informed: Counts as a missed delivery
  • A maximum of 5 missed days per month is allowed before further action is required.

Beyond the Allowed Limit:

  • Missed deliveries beyond the limit generally cannot be compensated or refunded
  • Repeated missed deliveries may affect your subscription status
  • We recommend providing alternative delivery contact information to avoid missed deliveries

9. Replacement Policy

If any product quality issue is identified:

  • The issue must be reported on the same day of delivery via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • A replacement will be provided on the next delivery day (subject to availability).
  • Photographic evidence of the defective product may be requested.
  • No refunds will be issued in replacement cases; only product exchange will be provided.

Note: Minor variations in fruit size, color, or ripeness are normal and acceptable and do not qualify for replacement.

10. Product Availability

  • Fruit types and specific products may vary depending on seasonal availability and market conditions.
  • We ensure equivalent nutritional value when substitutions are made.
  • Seasonal fruits are offered based on their natural harvest cycles and freshness.
  • Customers will be notified in advance if any substitutions are necessary.

11. Subscription Flexibility & Customer Cooperation

Subscription Flexibility: We believe in accommodating your needs:

  • Upgrade Anytime: Change to a higher tier plan without waiting
  • Address Changes: Update delivery address without penalty (subject to serviceability)
  • Plan Modifications: Adjust fruit preferences or nutritional focus
  • Transfer Allowed: Transfer subscription to another person with prior approval

Customer Cooperation: We also request your cooperation by:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Being available during delivery time slots
  • Communicating with us when needed (SMS, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Reporting issues promptly for quick resolution

12. Auto-Renewal & Subscription Clarity

No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription does NOT automatically renew.

  • You must manually renew your subscription when the current period ends
  • We will remind you before your subscription expires
  • You have complete control over whether to continue or discontinue
  • No charges will be made without your explicit confirmation

13. Our Fault Compensation

When delivery delays or service failures occur on our side, we make it right:

  • Delivery failed (our fault): Extra day added to subscription OR store credit provided
  • Significant delay (>2 hours): Appropriate service compensation as store credit
  • Quality issue from our sourcing: Replacement on next delivery plus credits

Our Commitment: We stand behind our service and make things right when we fall short.

14. Misuse & Fraud Protection

To maintain service integrity and protect our operations, Healthy Fruit Tashan reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the following cases:

  • Fraudulent Activity: Fake complaints, false claims, or dishonest behavior
  • Abuse of Credits: Repeated misuse of wallet credits or refund exploitation
  • Delivery Manipulation: Deliberately creating missed deliveries or manipulating delivery patterns
  • Repeated Policy Violations: Continuous violation of terms and conditions
  • Suspicious Activity: Any activity that appears fraudulent or inconsistent with legitimate subscription use

Investigation & Resolution: If suspicious activity is detected, we may:

  • Place your account under review
  • Request verification of claims
  • Temporarily suspend services pending investigation
  • Terminate services if fraud is confirmed

Important: Fraudulent activities may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any remaining wallet credits.

14. Marketing & Communication

By using our services and placing an order, you agree to receive:

  • Service updates and order confirmations
  • Promotional offers and discount notifications
  • Health tips and nutritional information
  • Special announcements and seasonal offers

These communications will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

Opt Out Option: You may opt out of marketing communications anytime by:

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails
  • Sending us a direct message on WhatsApp
  • Contacting our support team via phone or email

16. Limitation of Liability

Healthy Fruit Tashan shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, natural disasters)
  • Minor variations in product quality due to natural factors
  • Health outcomes resulting from product consumption
  • Allergic reactions or personal health conditions
  • Issues beyond our direct control

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

18. Force Majeure Clause

Healthy Fruit Tashan shall not be liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, storms, heavy rainfall, or extreme weather conditions
  • Government Actions: Lockdowns, curfews, government restrictions, or regulatory changes
  • Public Emergencies: Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
  • Labour Issues: Strikes, labor disruptions, or transportation unavailability
  • Supply Chain Issues: Logistics disruptions, supplier failures, or product unavailability
  • Infrastructure Failures: Power outages, internet disruptions, or vehicle breakdowns

Our Response: In case of force majeure events:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of delays
  • Services will resume as soon as conditions permit
  • Paused subscriptions will not count against your active period
  • Compensation will be offered as service restoration and credits when applicable

Continuity: While we cannot control external events, we commit to restoring services promptly and fairly compensating customers for extended disruptions.

19. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
  • Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

20. Support Response Time Commitment

We value your time and are committed to providing prompt customer support:

  • Urgent Issues: Delivery failures and service issues are prioritized with response within 12-24 hours
  • Refund/Credit Requests: Complete resolution within 3-5 business days
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday during business hours (closed Sundays)
